We closed our retail store on August 29, 2011 after 25 years in business. This website remains for historical and reference use only and is not intended to solicit sales or service of any nature.

At Outdoor Power Equipment, we sold a wide range of top-quality outdoor and recreational power equipment and were fully licensed to service everything we sell.

Snowmobiles

2011 was the final production year of Ski-Doo models that we sold. We are proud to be the Bombardier Platinum Certified Ski-Doo Dealer  since 2002  servicing the West Greater Toronto area (GTA) & Mississauga area since 1986. We did sell and support the complete line of Ski-Doo Snowmobiles. We had a good selection of used snowmobiles. In our service shop we tried hard to have any Ski-Doo service completed in less than 1 week, usually in a couple of days. We did stock a complete inventory of Genuine Ski-Doo Parts and Accessories during the season.

Watercraft

2011 Sea-Doo models of Personal Watercraft were the final year of production that we sold at OPE. We were proud to be on of the few BRP Dealer's that are Platinum Certified since 2002. We serviced the West Greater Toronto & Mississauga area.


All Terrain Vehicles

2011 Can-Am ATV models were the final production model year available at Outdoor Power Equipment. 

Trailers

Triton manufactures top quality aluminum trailers. The product line includes trailers for your Snowmobile, both open or enclose, Personal Watercraft and ATV trailers.

Canadian made in North Bay Ontario. Easy Hauler has a full line of painted or galvanized trailers.

Lawn & Garden

American Yard Products manufactures a complete line of lawn and garden equipment. Many of the Sears Tractors and Sears Lawnmowers are manufactured by AYP. Outdoor Power Equipment can handle all your AYP service or parts needs.

Briggs and Stratton is the world's largest manufacturer of lawnmower engines. Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized Briggs + Stratton dealer. We sell, service and stock Briggs + Stratton engines and parts, including most of the associated companies IE Noma, Murray, Simplicity, Snapper and more.

Bolens is the oldest name in the Lawn & Garden industry. Bolens was one of our favorite companies. Outdoor Power Equipment has been a Factory Authorized Bolens dealer since we opened our doors in 1986. In 1988 Bolens awarded us for outstanding sales achievement for selling more Bolens mulching lawnmowers than anyone else in Canada that year. Bolens was a division of Garden Way along with Troy Bilt and WW Grinder. When Garden Way beacme insolvent a few years ago the remnant companies were sold. Currently entry level equipment branded Bolens is manufactured for sale in Big Box Stores only. Bolens products currently found in Big Box stores may be equipped with engines built in China!

Cub Cadet is a High Quality line of lawn and garden equipment offering heavy-duty performance at an affordable price. Cub Cadet is one of the oldest names in the Lawn and Garden industry. Cub Cadet manufactures Lawnmowers, Lawn Tractors, Garden Tractors, Commercial lawn maintenance equipment and all the attachments that you would need. Outdoor Power Equipment is a stocking, Factory Authorized dealer for Cub Cadet.

Echo manufacture state of the art, lightweight, powerfull, high performance Chainsaw, Grass Trimmers, Brush Cutters, Blowers, Edgers, Pole Pruners, Hedge Clippers, Cut Off Saws, Augers, Water Pumps, Drills and more. Kohler is world renowned for strong, long lasting engines. Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized Kohler dealer.

Lawn-Boy's line of walk behind mowers are easy-to-use and worry-free and last a lifetime. Remember your Grandfathers lawnmower?, it was probably a Lawn Boy. Outdoor Power Equipment is a stocking, Factory Authorized Dealer for Lawn Boy.

MTD Canada offers a complete line of outdoor power equipment including Lawnmowers, Tractors, Chippers/Shredders, String Trimmers, Leaf  Blowers, Snow Blowers and more. Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized MTD service dealer.

Murray is a large American manufacturer of Lawn and Garden equipment. Murray products are mainly sold in Canada through large retail big-box stores like Home Depot, Building Box, Zellers, Wal-Mart and Rona. Murray products include the Noma Lawn & Garden brand name. Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized Murray service dealer.

Poulan Pro is manufactured by the world's largest manufacturer of lawn and garden power equipment. Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized Poulan Pro dealer.

Ryobi manufactures a complete line of hand held products. Ryobi string trimmers, hedge trimmers and blowers are high powered and lightweight. Ryobi makes 4 cycle trimmers, rechargeable trimmers and 120v trimmers. Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized Ryobi parts and service dealer.


Simplicity is one of the oldest, American High-Quality Lawn & Garden manufacturers. Simplicty and sister company Ferris manufacture a complete line up of Zero Radius Turn grass cutters along side a full line up of Lawn Tractors and Riders.


Snapper has been manufacturing Lawn & Garden equipment for over 50 years. Many people are still using Snapper Lawnmowers that are over 20 years old. Snapper Quality starts with 14 guage tempered steel stampings and then adds things like variable speed self propelled systems and Ninja mulch blades. Snapper invented the Rear Engine Rider and still builds on of the finest made today.

Stiga's line of lawn tractors offer a commercial quality of cut for consumer use. Stiga has been previously sold over the years branded as Noma or Bolens. Stiga front mount mowers produce a high quality cut before the tractor wheels pack down the grass. Stiga mulching riding mowers and Articulating mowers save time and money. Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized Stiga sales, service and parts dealer. We ship Stiga parts Coast to Coast daily.

Tanaka line of lawn and garden power equipment includes the lightest professional grass trimmer in its class. If you want long lasting, durable, hassle free equipment; Tanaka is the one for you. Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized Tanaka sales, service and parts dealer.

Tecumseh manufactured most snowblower engines and many lawnmower, tiller and ice auger engines in the past. Tecumseh officially closed its manufacturing facility in December 2008. Currently the shell company has been purchased by an individual who plans on supplying service parts for the future. Tecumseh also has sold its Peerless transmission division to another operating company so parts supply should not prove to be an issue in the future. Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized Tecumseh & Peerless dealer. We sell, service and stock Tecumseh & Peerless components. We can help you locate Tecumseh engine parts that may not be available at other service dealers.

The "Old Bull" Toro is world renowned for its high quality, long lasting line up of outdoor power equipment. Check out the Toro Personal Pace Super Recycler lawnmowers. We love selling the Toro Curved Rotor snowthrowers.Outdoor Power Equipment is a Factory Authorized Toro dealer. We stock parts, sell and service Toro products.

TROY-BILT has a full line of rugged, hard-working tillers, mowers, tractors, chipper shredders, and more. Troy-Bilt is world renowned as the Roto-Tiller company. Troy-Bilt invented the roto-tiller. Troy-Bilt walk behind, one hand operation tillers have been the gardeners choice for as long as there have been roto-tillers. Troy-Bilt Lifetime warranty on the tiller transmission is not available on any other product. Troy Bilt was part of the Garden Way group of companies along with Bolens and WW Grinder when Garden Way became insolvent several years ago. Troy Bilt tillers continue to be manufactured based on the original Troy Bilt design. The original Troy Bilt did not produce hand held products. The Troy Bilt hand held products are currently manufactered by the former McCullough outdoor products or the former Ryobi outdoor products.
